[1260International] District Assembly - your displays!

Hi guys,

There wil be an opportunity for Clubs to display their International material at our joint International / Foundation session. If you have a stand, display or DVD you would like to 'exhibit' during the coffee break please do let Paul Manning or I know soonest so we can plan space requirements.

We will hopefully have a good Club represetation at assembly. If therefore you want to circulate a flyer or information note to fellow Club International friends please feel free to send Paul sufficient copies (55) well before the 16th

We will have copies of the International version of the the Usbourne Illustrated Dictionary flyer for all Clubs in the hope that many will want to allocate some funds next year to purchase copies at just £2 to send to overseas Clubs as part of 'literacy' campaign. 

I will have copies of the newly produce ROI - Rotarians Making Blindness History DVD available to show your Clubs for those that wish to do so. 

Whilst writing a gentle reminding request to open the membership list sent earlier,  make any amendments and indicate whether you wil be able to join us at Assembly.
