[1260International] District 1260 International mailing list - 2009/10 update

Dear 'International friends in 1260,

 Getting ready for next year we have a bit of admin to do:  I attach the 
current membership mailing list for update purposes. Please note that at 
Assembly on 16th May we will be running a joint Foundation & International 
break out session.

 Can I ask you please to open and save the spreadsheet and take one of the 
following actions

 1. If you are continuing in office, and your details are correct, simply 
type in whether you are attending our District Assembly session (yes or no), 
save the file and reply to me with the amended attachment.

 2. If you are not continuing in office please substitute your replacement's 
details (in blue please), indicate whether she/he is attending our District 
Assembly session (yes or no), save the file and reply to me with the amended 
attachment.

3. If you will no longer hold office but wish to remain on the mailing  list 
please add your details at the bottom of the page (under Ian Begg), indicate 
whether you are attending our District Assembly session (yes  or no), save 
the file and reply to me with the amended attachment.

4. If your details are incorrect please amend (in blue please), save the 
file and reply to me with the amended attachment.

For data protection purposes your reply will signify that you agree that I 
should store your details, specifically and soley for the purposes of 
sharing your contact details with those on this (attached) closed listing. 
If you do not agree please email to say so: Your details will then be 
permantly wipped from the database.
