Dear colleagues

 

The District Committee will be deciding which club will win this year's
award on the 9th April.  We have asked you to submit brief information to
help us decide on the project.

 

I have not yet had much that I can use by the closing date 31st March - but
please don't be shy!

 

Could you please urgently send me information about your project in order to
answer the following:

 

The project should:

a) Create the maximum impact for the resources / energy invested.

b) Draw on other relevant Club or Rotary resources within the District,
where appropriate. 

c) Preferably utilise RI Foundation support to maximise project reach and
benefit.

d) Must be completed by the time of the award (June).
